I mean, my little brother can be a bit melodramatic at times, but he and Celia are genuinely worried that something might happen to her, and that's getting Da worried about his folks, and--Merlin, I want to be able to reassure them that they don't have to worry, and I don't know that I can.

Yesterday was amazing, I had a fantastic time!
Of course, I think it helped that I remembered to prepare a hangover remedy before we went out. Trying to pull that together in the afternoon morning is not so much fun.
I don't really feel older, though. Yeah, 25's a big deal, but... I don't know, it doesn't feel so different now.
And thank Merlin I don't have to go into work until this evening. |

I know, you all heard from me just yesterday.
A suggestion has been made, and I think it has merit. Say... tomorrow night, just the girls. We'll find some club, dance, drink, and for those who want, end with a sleepover at my flat. (Yes, lads, that's still only an offer for the ladies.) Meet up between 7:30 and eight?
Then, on Friday, we'll... do something with everyone, I don't know.
So, Fabian, NO working overtime on Friday. I mean it.

Right, you lot. My birthday is Tuesday, and I get off work at seven.
I suggest celebrations. Of gigantic proportions. Partying at a club, a few drinks at the pub... I might even allow the festivities to move back to my flat at the end of the night. The roof terrace is fabulous, as long as it's not raining.

I meant to say something about how much I enjoyed the rain. It cools the air so nicely, and I like walking home after a long day at work, with a nice shower falling around me.
But it seems some people have been getting more rain than necessary. I can't imagine having to work under such conditions, especially with all the paperwork I imagine is generated by the Ministry. It would be enough trouble trying to keep the patients warm and dry, never mind actually accomplishing anything.
Still, I think this calls for rainy day activities. Suggestions? |
